i just want to know why there is no spine in the right part of this picture? and how can i get the spine show?

It’s probably just clipped outside of the Figure. Change the view a bit or shrink the Axes to see it.

Well, we can’t really say much more without some example code. It is visible in all the 3D examples. I take that back; it is not visible on the sides opposite the labelling, but because none of the example turn on the frame everywhere, I can’t definitively say they would show it.
