I'm working on a column about scientific computing tools written in Python. I intend to mention matplotlib and give a brief description. I would like to include this image: http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/screenshots/contour_small.png as an illustration with the text.
I need a contact who can grant me permission to use that image. Can someone on this list do that, or point me in the direction of the appropriate person?

The contact person is Jeff Whitaker <jswhit@...196...>. You may
want to use a higher resolution version of the image though. Be sure
to post a link to the article for us if there is a publicly available
version.
