re size Y scale

Hi,

I'm developing a bar chart using matplotlib but my data is like 0.77776
0.77774 0.77771, is very important the decimal

I got something like this

but i want 0.001 0.002 0.003 0.004 ... 0.101 istead of 0.1 0.2 0.3
