Dear matplotlib users,
The operating system of my PC is Ubuntu dapper.
I installed matplotlib with Python 2.4.
When I use imshow with axis(‘equal’), the axis of the output figure is not equal.
However, when I run same script in my laptop with Windows XP, the figure seems OK.
Why?

Which version(s) of matplotlib are you using (on both platforms)...
