If this is an inappropriate place to make this comment please tell me.
I found that the images were missing from the mathtext.html page. The source of the problem was the ![]()
elements, the src attributes. On this page and only this page both forward and backward slashes are used. If you change the slashes to forward slashes, the html help compiler can find the images.
