[Matplotlib-users] No module named 'matplotlib.pyplot'; 'matplotlib' is not a package

I don’t know why this error is happen.I have already install matplotlin packets with pip.How can fix this error?(I use Windows ,python 3.8.7 and matplotlib 3.3.4 versions)
