Hi,
i have a problem with matplotlib (i use version 0.85
with python 2.3). In some graphs it is necessary to
have the name of the registered user in the title. I
do this like this:
self.axes = self.figure.add_subplot(111)
[...]
axesTitle = "Registered to %s." %user
self.axes.set_title(axesTitle , fontsize = 8)
The program should be localized to german, frensh,
italian and spanish, so the names can include some
umlauts and special characters (like �, �, �, �, �, �
and so on). In my program it works well, but in the
matplotlib-graphs are only squares where the umlauts
should be. Same with the legend. Any help or tips?
