SVG created with Matplotlib in Wikipedia

I would like to bring this Wikipedia category:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Valid_SVG_created_with_Matplotlib_code

As far as I know, all of them include the code.

Reading through that link there is also https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Invalid_SVG_created_with_Matplotlib_code which makes me a bit worried. I wonder how many of those are bugs on our side, how many are bugs the user put in that we should have prevented, and how many are bugs from the user that we could not have saved them from?

I always check that my SVG are valid (see my gallery: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Nicoguaro/Gallery) because I want them to be usable later for lectures and slides… but I understand what you mean and I think that is a valid concern.

Is there a way to access the code that was used to generate these files?

You click on the file and you can find the code in the description.
