wrong PDF on matplotlib web site?

Hi Michael,

I just noticed that the User Guide PDF on the Matplotlib web site says
0.99.3, even though the page it's downloaded from says 1.0.0.

Also, there's no main Download link, just the one in News.

Just FYI, do as you will, and thanks for all you do on Matplotlib!
