The migration is complete
Heads up warning -- in the initial conversion apparently some of the
binary files were corrupt (fonts, toolbar icons). I fixed these for
fonts and icons, but there are other areas that may need
fixing, particularly any basemap binary datafiles may be corrupted, as
well as other example data used in examples/data, the htdocs and
users_guide figures.
