        Hello,

Is there a way to color words differently in a label or title,
        for example:

        ylabel("measurement 1 (in red color)" , "measurement 2 (in
blue color)") to match with the plotted line colors?

        Thanks.

    Gökhan:

    ylabel('measurement 1',color='r')
    ylabel('measurement 2',color='b')

    -Jeff

In this fashion the second call replaces the first text. What I want is two words next to each other and in different colors.

Gökhan: Then I think you'll have to go with the TeX solution (i..e \color{red}{Red text goes here} \color{blue}{Blue text goes here}). -
