problems with latest CVS

Hi john,

I’ve been away for a couple of weeks, and I just did a “cvs update” to test the new features especially the WX backend which I was very anxious to test.

To my disapointment I can no loger run my code nor the examples even with the GTK backend

I don’t know if I missed some warning about the latest changes but here is the error message I am getting (I am just trying to do a histogram and a simple line plot):
