Yes, this solved my build problems, and the resulting library seems to
work. I also tried building with gcc 3.3 (gcc version 3.3 20030304
(Apple Computer, Inc. build 1809)).
Just to be sure, did you delete the "build" directory before trying
again? There could have been something left over that is causing the
error.
