new page with postscript output?

If you have LaTeX on your machine, this could easily be done using
python & LaTeX...

Subject: [Matplotlib-users] new page with postscript output?

Hi,

Currently I'm using matplotlib on a machine to quickly
evaluate whether
certain settings for a measurement are good or not - as you all know
graphical output helps. Now, I would like to dump all output
in a single post
script (ps or eps) file and browse through it using ghost view.

To facilitate getting some overview it would be ideal to be
able to insert
page breaks after each figure. Is this somehow possible with
matplotlib
(using the pylab interface)? (To be honest, I don't really
expect this. But
mpl had so many (for me) hidden features in the past, that I
wouldn't be
really surprised ;-). So I thought, I better ask, although I
didn't find
anything about it in the docs.)

TIA
Christian

If you produce PDF you can concatenate them with pdftk.
