I want to download the matplotlib on Pycharm, but I got this error: “FreeType version 2.3 or higher is required. You may set the MPLLOCALFREETYPE environment variable to 1 to let Matplotlib download it”
I have tried: update the pip, download a new version of gcc, download a new version of pycharm, and a new version of python.
