cannot find wxmsw26uh_vc.dll

Hello, thanks for the response. I changed my matplotlibrc file from ‘WxAgg’ to ‘Wx’. I’m still using wxpython 2.8 and matplotlib 0.90.1, and I am still getting the error that wxmsw26uh_vc.dll cannot be found. what else can I do? can I just put this file in the place that it is trying to look?

thanks,

Jeff

Can you send the entire traceback you get with this error? I'm curious which module is requiring this.

Also, if you start a python console and type "import wx", do you get this error?

Cheers,
Mike

I have this problem with the embedding samples that use wxagg. Otherwise, I have no problem.
