I see that supports_blit=False in FigureCanvasWebAggCore. Is there a technical limitation that prevents this, or is it a matter of someone finding time to do the implementation? Absence of blit support doesn’t seem to crash code that uses it (in my case, a lasso tool), but I also see no output to the screen.
